TATTOO BAG

Oh my gosh  but that's… no no no that can’t be her…but she is!!! My BFF Rosie the Riveter came to see me the other day for tea and thanks to that an idea flashed through my mind:

Me: ehi Rosie get that bag…

Rosie: Which one?

Me: that one (pointing  to a bag hanging on the wall)

Rosie: Why?

Me: don’t know…

But enough talk about Rosie, she’s not the main character here!!! (what? I Can’t hear you… Speak louderrrrr..uh? ok I understand… the direction told me that nice girl you see in the image originally was not Rosie but a girl with no identity ... interesting…).

So if you haven’t understood yet,  the post is dedicated to that damn old school bag / sugar skull /calavera  etc etc whatever way you want to call it! 

I say damn because it was almost and I say almost an ordeal...

Let’s say that cut out and stitch in each tiny piece with the sole use of the paws has proven a sweaty enterprise, every single point made by hand-sweats sweats sweats sweats like a hamster in the wheelsweats sweats sweats- If you are wondering, the material I used is pannolenci (the bag is made by felt) and I don’t have to add more, if anyone has any questions I will be glad to respond ...

Ohmmioddio  ma quella èèè… no no, non può essere lei… e invece sii!!! La mia bestfriendforevertvukdb Rosie la Rivettatrice che è venuta a trovarmi l’altro giorno per un tè ed è proprio grazie a questa visita che una fantastica idea mi èbalenata nella mente uaaaa:

 Io: ehi rosie prendi quella borsa…

Rosie: quale?

Io: quella (indicando una borsa appesa al muro)

Rosie: perché?

Io: boh

Ma basta parlare di Rosie che non è mica lei la protagonista nèèèè!! (cosa? Non sento parla più forteeee… ahh ok capito capito….mi dicono dalla regia che originariamente quella simpatica donzella che vedete nell’immagine non era Rosie ma una donzella senza identità … interessante… ).

Allora se non lo avete ancora capito il post è dedicato a quella maledettissima borsa old school/sugar skull/calavera ecc ecc chiamate il soggetto come volete!

Dico maledettissima perché farla è stato quasi e dico quasi un calvario…

Diciamo che ritagliare e cucire ogni singolo minuscolo pezzettino con il solo uso delle zampe si è rivelata un’impresa di notevole sudorazione, ogni singolo punto fatto a mano -suda suda suda suda come un criceto nella ruota suda suda suda- Se vi può interessare il materiale è pannolenci (la borsa è in feltro) e credo di non dover aggiungere altro se qualcuno avrà delle domande sarò lieta di rispondere …
